Welcome to the Emma Mills Therapy Blog, where you will find all sorts of articles talking about general day to day things. The aim of this is really to normalise the experiences and feelings that we all have on a daily basis. You’ll find posts about it all; from real life experiences of being a parent, to the increase in blood pressure at your favourite coffee shop and your app won’t load to earn your points, to examples of me practicing what I preach and putting CBT skills in to action and what that looks like.
